18th June 2010, 10.00 - 12.30 Thames Valley University CFSP Examination. A 2.5 hour test comprising 145 questions comprising 33% multiple choice, 33% true or false and 33% fill-in the blanks. All of the questions are based on the content of the Introduction to Food Service guide.
