CFSP Course Dates

Within the UK

3rd and 4th of December 2026: In person seminar and exam at Parts Town UK in Cannock.

Cost for courses inside the UK:

£725.OO + VAT for FEA and FSCI members.
£1145.OO + VAT for all others.

A PDF copy of the CFSP study guide is provided with your booking payment. There is a £135 + VAT additional charge if you choose to have a physical copy of the CFSP study guide, Introduction to Foodservice, printed and posted to you in the UK.

If reading text on white paper is a challenge, the CFSP study guide is also available to be printed on paper in a wide variety of alternative colours.

Outside the UK

Italy Course: 

13th and 14th April 2027: The course will be conducted in English and held at the Carpigiani Headquarters in Anzola (Bologna), Italy.

Dubai Course:

The course for 2026 has been postposed to 2027 due to uncertainly in the region. Please email jocelyn.shawyer@fea.org.uk to register your interest for the 2027 course.

Terms and Conditions:

You will be invoiced when your booking is received and the study guide will be sent once payment is made.  Your payment covers the programme, PDF of the study guide, and regular updates and information in recognition of your status as a Certified Food Service Professional. Places cannot be cancelled but can be transferred to a colleague. If you defer your place within one month of the seminar date you will be charged £120.  If you cannot attend the CFSP course you have signed up to, you must attend another CFSP course within one year of that course or you will be required to sign up and be invoiced again.
